A Day in the LifeNo two days look the same and that is exactly what keeps this role engaging.
Your day might start with workshop requests urgent parts orders and checking stock arrivals to keep the Technicians moving without delays. From there it is a mix of assisting the workshop serving trade and retail customers sourcing parts processing orders and managing inventory enquiries.
Some moments are fast paced and reactive. Others require patience problem solving and strong attention to detail.
You will become a key part of the operation working closely with the Service and Workshop teams to keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy momentum teamwork and staying busy you will fit right in.
About YouYou are organised switched on and know how to work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
You enjoy being part of a team communicate well with both Customers and colleagues and take pride in doing things properly in a fast paced environment.
You will bring previous Automotive Parts experience within a dealership environment along with strong knowledge of dealership operations and confidence working across systems and manufacturer catalogues. A current and valid Australian Drivers Licence is also required.
Most importantly you bring a positive attitude reliability and a willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed.
Experience with Nissan and/or GWM will be highly regarded.
