Job Summary

Our client is a leading tech and digital services provider operating within the iGaming industry. As part of their continuous growth we are now seeking a B2B CRM Manager to join their team in Warsaw Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies through a data led approach to drive customer engagement and retention tailored to the look and feel of our clients B2B brands.
  • Monitor and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement retention and revenue to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyse customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs.
  • Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and come up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends while also monitoring competitors to ensure brands maintain best practices and being competitive.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotion and offers that align with the overall business objectives.

Requirements;

  • Degree in Marketing Business Admin or related would be preferred
  • Proven CRM experience (B2B) within the iGaming industry with regulated markets
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Optimove Salesforce
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of the online gambling industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data derive actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficient level of English
