- Evaluateandassessthecreditworthinessandriskofnewcustomeraccounts
- Monitorandmaintaincustomercreditlimits
- Makedailycollectioncallsandperformtimelyfollow-ups
- Communicatewithinternalteamstoresolveissuesaffectingreceivablesescalatingwhereneeded
- Processandallocatecustomerpaymentsandcreditcardtransactions
- Provideregularupdatesoncollectionactivityandoutstandingaccounts
- Confirminvoicereceiptandrequireddocumentationwithcustomers
- Addressbillingdisputesandshortpaymentstoensurepromptresolution
- Performaccountreconciliationsaccuratelyandontime
- Maintainknowledgeofconstructionlawasitrelatestocreditandcollections
- Supporttheteamwithadditionaldutiesasrequired
