About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers delivering professional and empathetic support across multiple channels including phone email and live chat. This is a full-time permanent position with clear progression pathways for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Handle inbound customer enquiries resolve issues efficiently and ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using internal CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members and support departments to resolve complex queries
- Meet individual and team performance targets in a positive and supportive work environment
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams following defined procedures
What We Are Looking For
- Native or near-native German language proficiency (C2 or mother tongue level) this is a strict requirement
- Good working knowledge of English (B2 level or above) for internal communication and training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn full training is provided from day one
- Ability to work full-time on a rotating shift pattern (including some evenings and weekends)
- EU citizenship or a valid right to work in Greece
- No previous customer service experience required entry level and career changers are very welcome
