Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Job Type: Full-time Permanent Contract
Languages Required: Dutch Ukrainian Czech Hebrew or Slovakian (C1) English (B2)
Shifts: 24/7 (3 rotation shifts; night shifts only about 15% of the time approximately 3 nights per month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review content such as videos news stories photos political ads and social media profiles to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Evaluate and score content based on age-appropriateness violence sexual content and political transparency.
• Identify and report abuses or violations maintaining a safe online environment.
• Participate in employee assistance programs and training initiatives to foster well-being and professional development.
• Escalate any issues or changes that may impact the moderation process through appropriate channels.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and security measures related to your work.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Spend your workday on a computer thoroughly reviewing and scoring various types of digital content.
• Ensure consistent enforcement of platform policies while identifying subtle differences in content meaning.
• Engage in wellness activities and team-building exercises including fitness challenges and dance parties!
