报告/管理
根据公司要求提交地区业务报告阐明业务计划和预期工作实施过程中出现的偏差以按照计划及时调整业绩
监督MR的月份报告以确保预期工作的恰当和实施
确保MR遵守报告和管理规范
及时准确地提交费用报告
个人发展
- 根据RAM能力模式中的要求培养能力提高效率
- 积极传播发展阿斯利康文化和领导行为是其他员工的楷模
- 培养个人和团队责任感

Qualification
本科以上学历医科及相关学科背景者优先
2年以上医药业务管理经验背景
在大型跨国医药公司的业务市场优先
英语说写能力优先
