Partner with the best

Mechanical design engineer for nuclear is responsible for development of valves design to meet customer requirements maintenance / compliance of the local design / product standards and ensuring compliance to codes & industry regulations.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for:

Executing the design analysis or evaluation of assigned projects to develop safety valves meeting customer application needs and specification requirements.

Reviewing customer specifications and translate customer specification in to order instructions for manufacturing of control valves.

Driving the design review process ensuring accuracy quality and design for manufacturability goals are met.

Providing bills of material drawing information test specifications and processing instructions for meeting quality and manufacturing requirements of the product.

Supporting shop manufacturing for material substitution and disposition of non-conformance reports.

Cooperating with global engineering team for order execution and support on engineering issues.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of valve industrial experience in mechanical equipment design and Application.

Experience with ASME B16.34 and PED 3D design (preferable Solidworks/Ansys) mechanical design & tech writing.

Experience with RCC-M and ASME III Nuclear design standard and CNPEC/CNPE quality and design requirements experience with Hualong-One AP1000 and EPR-1000 is preferred.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting machining welding cutting etc.

Design for manufacturing and reliability experience is a plus.
