Product Designer, onsite in Bratislava

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to join an international fintech-focused team working on modern digital products and customer-facing platforms.

You will participate in the design of web and mobile applications with strong focus on usability visual consistency and customer experience. The role combines UX research interaction design prototyping and final UI delivery for products aiming to compete with leaders such as Revolut Stripe and Klarna.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen user experience through visual solutions aligned with user needs and cognitive abilities
• Ensure usability and visual consistency across digital products
• Design final UI views and assets for web and mobile applications
• Research develop and execute design solutions for portals e-commerce platforms and mobile applications
• Create and present wireframes interaction concepts prototypes and final UI designs
• Conduct and participate in user research activities and usability testing
• Translate customer insights into design concepts and product improvements
• Analyze research and usability testing outcomes and recommend optimal solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders product teams and developers
• Work with and expand existing Design Systems
• Monitor UX/UI trends technologies and industry best practices

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design experience
• Strong understanding of UX processes interaction design and user research methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Figma
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Ability to transform customer insights into practical design solutions
• Ability to deliver high-quality visual assets and polished UI designs
• Degree in Social Sciences Interaction Design Industrial Design or similar field
