Lead Engineer New Production Introduction

The Role

Our Yonezawa facility is seeking a Lead Engineer to support the manufacturing of Liquid Micro Contamination Control (LMC) filter products for the semiconductor this role you will lead the commissioning and qualification of new processes and equipment forhighvolumeproduction. Once product qualification and operational readiness are achieved you will drive the successfulscaleupof products and processes from Development to ManufacturingutilizingaStageGateprocess and/or supporting product transfers between sites.

Product & Process Engineering - Technical Execution of Validation and Qualification

• Lead Validation and Qualification (V&Q) activities for product qualifications associated with new expansions.

• Guide installation and commissioning ofproductionscaleequipment following IQ/OQ protocols.

• Develop and qualify processes on new equipment to meet KPOV targets.

• Design and run experiments applying statistical tools to analyze data support development andoptimizeprocesses.

• Ensure operational readiness for new expansions.

• Develop and implement solutions to improve yield increase capacity and minimize variation.

• Maintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor to provide sustaining support resolve issues and driverootcauseanalysis.

• Lead technical evaluations perform analyses and implement process solutions to complex problems in adatadrivenriskbasedculture.

• Conduct analyses and audits to recommend improvements in safety quality cost waste reduction and efficiency.

• Help direct and control processes according to defined policies and procedures.

• Oversee customer and internal sample management for product qualification builds.

• データ主導リスクベースの文化のもと技術評価分析を主導し複雑な課題に対するプロセス改善策を実装する

• 安全品質コスト廃棄物削減効率の観点から分析および監査を行い改善提案を行う

• 定義された方針手順に基づきプロセスの指揮管理を支援する

• 製品認定ビルドに向けた顧客向けおよび社内向けサンプル管理を統括する

Project/Technical Leader -CrossFunctionalLeadership Collaboration & Project Management

• Collaborate withcrossfunctionalteamsOperations R&D Quality Equipment & Automation Facilities and EH&Sto execute product qualifications.

• Serve as a Project/Technical Leader: develop project plans drivecrossfunctionalalignment and lead projects totimelycompletion.

• Influence and guide multidisciplinary teams.

• Take on broad assignments with limited direction on critical issues.

• Partner withcrossfunctionalteams to deliver improvements that meet design manufacturing andStageGaterequirements with strong focus on quality and safety.

• Manage multiple projects across the product portfolio.

• Manage projects within the Accolade system and support others in meeting assigned tasks.

• Interface with global customers and sister facilities to align requirements resolve issues and ensure launch readiness.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to Engineers and other team members.

Operation Readiness Documentation & Operational Support

• Prepare andmaintaindocumentation including drawings SOPs test procedures and test data.

• Support process documentation for product launch and manufacturing.

• Work directly with Production and Operations teams to ensure manufacturing readiness of new products and support transition from early development to release.

• 製品立ち上げおよび製造に向けたプロセス文書化を支援する

What We Seek

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience withfiltrationrelatedmanufacturing processes.

• Six Sigma certification andproficiencyin statistical data analysis using MINITAB or similar tools.

• At least 10 - 15 years of manufacturing experience including leadership of processes and/or continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong analyticalproblemsolvingskills andhandsontechnical capability.

• Demonstrated project management experience.

• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.

• Background in lean manufacturing.

• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;demonstratedability to contribute effectively withincrossfunctionalteams.

• Proficiencyin SPC FMEA and V&Q processes.

• Ability to lead collaboratively inspire teams prioritize effectively and drive execution.
