Role: Engineering Manager
Salary: $200K$250K base ( equity strong upside)
Location: NYC (on-site only relocation support available)

What the role looks like
- 80% people leadership / strategy 20% technical contribution
- Managing teams of 1015 engineers
- Driving delivery execution and engineering culture
- Partnering closely with Product & Design on roadmap and architecture
- Hiring onboarding and scaling engineering teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
We need strong startup EMs with real ownership experience ideally:
- 710 years engineering experience
- 3 years as an Engineering Manager
- Currently or recently managing 815 engineers
- Background in Series AD startups (fintech AI SaaS B2B strongly preferred)
- Strong system design capability
- Experience in B2B SaaS ideally fintech / payments / billing / revenue systems
- Comfortable working on-site in NYC 5 days per week
