Job Summary
- Delivers excellent customer service to every customer who walks through the door
- Provides loans via pawn
- To accurately determine loan amounts:
- At a minimum be proficient with pricing general merchandise
- Understand and apply systems used to value gold and other jewelry

- Salesperson:
- Be knowledgeable of items in the store
- Engage and satisfy the customer while negotiating the best price for the Company
- Provide product demonstrations as requested
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Preferred
- Possess basic computer knowledge/skills
- Basic math and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
