The impact youll make:

The Assistant Manager (ASM) plays a crucial role in driving the success of the store while embodying and upholding the companys values of Wellness Growth and Community. This leadership position is essential in ensuring operational excellence fostering team development and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

The ASM is a core leader within the store reporting to the Store Manager and managing critical operational role demands a balance of leadership operational focus and a people-first approach to inspire the team elevate the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the store.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Sajes culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What youll do:

• Team Development & Retention: Engage develop and retain Team Members by recognizing and leveraging their unique talents and expertise.
• Succession Planning: Establish and maintain a robust succession strategy to support long-term growth.
• KPI Achievement: Deliver results by achieving key performance metrics including revenue growth comp sales AVS IPT traffic conversion loyalty program growth and labor efficiency.
• Business Acumen: Leverage analytical skills and sound judgment to identify and act on opportunities to grow the business.
• Product Expertise: Ensure Team Members are equipped with in-depth product knowledge to make intentional meaningful recommendations to Community Members.
• Visual Standards: Uphold presentation standards and identify merchandising opportunities to enhance the in-store experience.
• Community Service: Foster a culture of exceptional community member service sharing Sajes products and spreading wellness through every interaction.
• Community Outreach: Drive business growth through innovative and proactive community engagement initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and uplift the team by coaching collaborating and embodying Sajes values.
• Culture Advocacy: Prioritize a culture of personal growth self-awareness and inclusivity in all aspects of work.
• Belonging & Inclusion: Create an environment where every Team Member feels valued included and connected.

• Leadership - Youre an inspirational and dynamic leader who is naturally warm and compassionate towards others with an insatiable drive to exceed results and celebrate successes
• Retail Managment Experience 2 yrs - Has a deep understanding of the Retail environment; an expert in delivering experiences to community members and have proven sales floorleadership
• Getting product on people - Youre excited to share our product with people and educate on how our unique formulations elevate wellness
• Community connector - Leverages an entrepreneurial approach to building a brand through relationship building and creating resonant experiences
• Track record of success - Has achieved or exceeded success metrics 90% of the time throughout career; performances reviews are in top echelon; has provengrowth story in their professional or personal life
• Stamina and positive attitude - Thrives in a challenge; is solutions focused; will see bright side of situations despite adversity never gives up
• Never satisfied with the status quo - Understands the need for constant evolution of strategies that fits the needs of our ever-changing business
