1. Job Description
- Participate in the new product development process from the NPI (New Product Introduction) stage to MP (Mass Production).
- Receive analyze and evaluate technical requirements quality standards and product specifications from customers.
- Inspect and verify the feasibility and technical characteristics of products during the development and sample production stages.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Production QA/QC PE Purchasing etc.) to implement sample production and handle emerging technical issues.
- Communicate and reach agreements with customers regarding improvement plans and technical adjustments to ensure suitability and practical manufacturability.
- Monitor and supervise the production implementation process to ensure products fully meet technical requirements and quality standards requested by customers.
- Prepare technical reports progress reports and related documents during the product development process.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers and support responses to customer audits/evaluations as required..
2. Requirements
- Education: College or University degree or higher in Engineering or Mechanical majors.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in 2D and 3D design software; strong ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- At least 6 months of experience in design 2D/3D or new product development (mechanical).
- Proficient in English good communication skills (IELTS 6.0 or higher or equivalent).
- Office Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
3. Benefits
