Job Description Sales Promoter
Position Title: Sales Promoter
Location: Qatar
Duration: 1 Month
Shift Timing: Mid Shift 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Job Purpose
The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting products/services engaging with customers increasing brand awareness and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and effective product presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate products to customers in a professional manner.
- Approach customers proactively and explain product features and benefits.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall sales performance.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves/booths are clean and organized.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supervisors regarding replenishment.
- Distribute promotional materials and support marketing activities.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends or competitor activities.
- Follow company policies grooming standards and health & safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales promotion retail sales or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and customer-focused personality.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and stand for extended periods.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Educational Qualification
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling ability.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
