About the Role
The Personal Yacht Concierge (Luxury Sales) is a high-energy inside sales role focused on selling premium travel experiences to prospective and returning clients. This position blends luxury hospitality with consultative sales requiring a strong ability to build relationships understand client preferences and match them with curated yachting experiences.
You will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries conducting outbound outreach and guiding clients through the full sales cyclefrom initial interest to booking. Success in this role requires a competitive mindset strong closing ability and the ability to deliver a white-glove customer experience.
This is a fast-paced performance-driven environment with significant earning potential for top performers.
Requirements
- 13 years of sales experience (inside sales hospitality or travel sales preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy competitive mindset and drive to exceed sales goals
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client interactions
- Experience in luxury hospitality travel or experiential sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced metrics-driven sales environment
- Passion for travel luxury experiences and customer service excellence
Compensation
- Base Salary: $40000
- Uncapped commission (high earning potential)
