Were looking for Pallet Rack Installers to join our Commercial Division supporting projects throughout Central this role youll help construct and install the storage systems that keep warehouses and distribution centers operating efficiently.

What Youll Do

• Install pallet racking steel shelving and other warehouse storage systems
• Work on active commercial job sites including warehouses and distribution centers
• Travel to project locations as needed (travel is paid with per diem provided)
• Partner with your team to complete projects safely accurately and on schedule

What Were Looking For

You dont need to come in as an expert-we provide training. What matters most is your work ethic and willingness to learn:

• Comfortable with physical hands-on work
• Some background in construction mechanical work or maintenance
• Dependable and ready to show up consistently
• Comfortable working at heights

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience installing pallet racking
• Ability to use a tape measure and interpret basic layouts or blueprints
• Forklift or scissor lift experience
