Program Manager - Fort Lee VA (On-Site) OM Group Inc. is hiring a SiteProgram Manager to support mission-critical Army operations at Fort Lee VA. This person will serve as the senior on-site authority responsible for overall contract execution workforce management and direct coordination with Government leadership. This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee VA with occasional travel to other Army facilities. Responsibilities - Oversee daily contract operations and ensure successful execution of all task requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Government representatives and stakeholders
- Manage workforce scheduling performance and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements quality standards and reporting obligations
- Attend and lead required meetings briefings and status updates
- Exercise full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all contract matters
- Ensure adherence to DoD Army NETCOM TRADOC CASCOM and local installation policies procedures and standards
- Oversee secure IT operations aligned with FAR DFARS NISPOM DD Form 254 OPSEC PII safeguarding and applicable Army regulations
Requirements - Minimum five (5) years of experience as a DoD Program Manager within the past ten (10) years
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field; or five (5) years of additional relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and contract performance
- Availability Monday through Friday 0700-1700
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage directly with government customers and stakeholders
- Experience expanding technical leadership scope across multiple workstreams or evolving into program-level technical oversight roles
- Demonstrated strong technical judgment client-facing skills and the ability to lead by example while remaining closely connected to solution delivery
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity operational and compliance frameworks including FAR DFARS NISPOM Army regulations OPSEC IA Cyber Awareness and PII safeguarding
- Proximity to and ability to work onsite full time in Fort Lee Virginia
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- This position is contingent upon contract award
- Compensation will be determined based on several factors including relevant experience education skills certifications and market conditions with an expected range of $125000 to $165000
