Youll work on hands-on projects aligned to our ESG priorities seeing first-hand how conducting business responsibly and generating value sustainably underpins our forever caring promise to patients and customers. Interns will join cross-functional teams across areas such as materials science engineering supply chain data technology and operations helping to shape ideas into practical solutions while developing experience employers value.

About the role

Sitting at the heart of our companys Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play a central part in delivering one of the most criticalwastereduction programmes of 2026 and to develop broad experience as a member of a highperforming multidisciplinary operational team.We are seeking Sustainabilityintern(fulltime) to join our EHS & Operations organizationlocatedin Reynosa Tamaulipas supporting our journey to embed circulareconomy principles improve wastemanagement performance and a celerate progress toward our corporate landfillreduction commitments.

Length of assignment:3months

Your main tasks

Work closely with the EHS Supervisor and Sustainability team to support the execution of the Scrap Reduction to Landfill 2026 Programme including data collection field observations and documentationfor project milestones.

Liaise with certifiedrecycling partners and internalwastehandlingstakeholders to coordinate material traceabilityvalidatedocumentation (weigh tickets manifests) andidentifyopportunities to strengthen reuse and recycling practices across the site.

Supportdaytodaycommunication and engagement with operators technicians production leads andcrossfunctionalteams reinforcing properwastesegregationbehaviors visual standards and compliance with environmental procedures.

Prepare communication materials for keysustainabilityrelatedinitiatives (e.g. Waste Awareness Week Circular Economy campaigns World Environment Day). Evaluate and managewastegenerationdataand compileeasytoreadreports charts and dashboards for EHS leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
