Responsibilities:

• Share our core values and promote a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing

• Balance administrative and financial responsibilities with operational duties
• Assist the General Manager in overall restaurant operations and be accountable for successes and failures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant Managerin a Full Service concept
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring training and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&Ls inventory food/labor cost etc.)
