GoodLife Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a Recruiter to help us build a compassionate and skilled team of Direct Support staff who care for the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire hiring process for Direct Support staff
Review applications conduct phone screens and interview candidates
Match qualified candidates with open positions
Coordinate pre-employment screenings including background checks
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met
Create a welcoming and seamless hiring experience for new employees

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Communications Psychology or Business (preferred)
Experience in HR or Recruiting (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to self-direct and follow processes independently
Proficiency in Google applications (Gmail Drive Docs Sheets)
