Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Head of Banking Insolvency & Finance to lead andmanage the operational activities and overall performance of the BankingInsolvency & Finance division in this state. This role requires a leaderwith deep industry knowledge and relationships exceptional strategic thinkingand a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency in a complexfinancial environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Input to and execute thestrategic plan for the state Banking Insolvency & Finance divisionaligning with the companys overall business objectives.

Identify and capitalise on newbusiness opportunities within the banking insolvency and finance and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders includingclients regulators and industry partners.

Oversee the day-to-dayoperations of the state ensuring efficient processes compliance withregulatory requirements and high-quality service delivery. This includesworking closely with a team of valuers and colleagues in other states.

Develop and manage the statebudget financial performance and reporting. Monitor key financial indicatorsand implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Identify and mitigate risksassociated with banking insolvency and finance activities. Ensure robust riskmanagement frameworks and compliance with all relevant regulations andstandards.

Serve as a senior point ofcontact for key clients providing strategic advice and solutions. Ensureclient satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and value delivery.

Represent the company atindustry events conferences and forums. Stay abreast of industry trendsregulatory changes and market developments to inform strategic decision-making

Were looking for someone who has:

Five or more years of machineryand equipment and/or valuation work focused on commercial and industrialequipment.

In-depth knowledge of financialmarkets banking regulations insolvency processes and risk management.

Proven track record ofdeveloping a network of corporate and institutional professionals within yourstate

Working in a team environmentand a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed expectations and help othersdrive results.

Proven experience in closingdeals with new business and maintaining repeat business Having relationships inthe Banking Insolvency & Finance Segment Experience directly orindirectly in the Banking Insolvency & Finance Industry Experience in managingNational team / running a high performing team
