Were hiring a Scheduler to support our growing Mission Critical and vertical construction portfolio an immediate need for someone whos ready to do meaningful work from day one.

What Youll Own

This isnt a support role. Youll be embedded with project teams working alongside Project Managers Superintendents and subcontractors translating field reality into schedule clarity. Your work directly shapes how projects are planned sequenced and recovered when things shift.

• Build maintain and update baseline schedules using P6 or MS Project

• Lead weekly schedule reviews; own the look-ahead process with field teams

• Track progress analyze variances and surface risks before they become delays

• Translate complex schedule data into clear reporting for internal and external stakeholders

• Support preconstruction procurement timelines and critical path analysis

• Participate in pull-planning sessions with field leadership

Strong candidates will have:

• 37 years of construction experience with real exposure to scheduling or project controls

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project

• Strong communication skills you know how to present not just report

• Working knowledge of commercial construction means and methods

• A bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred)

• Bonus: resource-loaded schedule experience and cash flow/forecast reporting
