Job Summary
Position is contingent on award.
Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Deliver MQT curriculum aligned to operational objectives.
- Validate and refine assessment materials.
- Compile training data and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Generate post-course reports and update course content as required.
- Support training effectiveness and mission readiness through quality instruction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering hands-on training with UxS platforms as a designated military or civilian-equivalent instructor.
- Current BLS-AED and CPR certification required.
- Must understand CNSWCINST 1500.1A NSW High Risk Training Safety.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven analytical/problem-solving ability.
- NSW experience highly desired.
- If prior military must have an honorable discharge and no loss of applied specialization.
