Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain complex reports dashboards and automated reporting processes to support business needs.

• Analyze large data sets and write advanced SQL queries to deliver accurate and actionable insights.

• Manage databases and reporting systems while ensuring data integrity consistency and quality control.

• Enhance existing reporting tools and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and usability.

• Partner with business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver timely data solutions.

• Document reporting processes data sources and distribution procedures to support operational consistency.

• Support department application entitlement reviews and maintain compliance with internal controls.

• Collaborate with analysts and leadership to identify trends and improve reporting capabilities across the business.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2 years of experience in data analysis reporting or SQL development.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in Snowflake and PowerBI.

• 2 years of sales experience preferably within banking or financial services.

• Experience developing automated reporting and database management solutions.
