This role will help us to do this byproviding a fantastic service to our customers whilst making sure our homes are well maintained for customers.
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to deliver a professional multi-skilled plumber service that consistently provides a high-quality customer experience. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in full compliance with health & safety legislation and organisation standards whilst always maintaining a courteous and customer-focused approach.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a high quality customer experience whilst carrying out a range of plumbing works within customers homes and vacant properties
- Update PDA systems accurately and in real time to reflect job progress
- Liaise with planners when customers are unavailable or work cannot be completed.
- Be able to operate machinery and equipment safely and correctly in accordance with manufacturer guidance
- Support and supervise apprentices as and when required ensuring they work safely and meet required standards of workmanship
What are we looking for
- Demonstratable experience in a secondary trade (namely tiling and/or bathroom fitting)
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Plumbing
- Experience working in a similar role within the industry
- Be able to work with multiple trades within the domestic sector
- Experience in diagnosing issues and prioritising work effectively
- Full valid driving license.
