Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans for injured workers
- Attend medical appointments and evaluate treatment progression
- Communicate with providers employers attorneys and insurance carriers
- Prepare timely detailed case management reports
- Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
- Assist with return-to-work planning and transitional duty coordination
- Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations as needed
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN license
- Must be registered with the State of Tennessee to perform Workers Compensation Case Management services
- Minimum 3 years of Workers Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Proficient with technology and electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout Nashville and surrounding areas
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance or ability to obtain
- CCM CRRN or related certifications preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
