The Child Case Manager coordinates and advocates for children and families by identifying needs connecting services and supporting continuity of care. This role serves as a primary point of contact for families providing guidance resources and support while collaborating with multidisciplinary partners and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across services.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications :
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2 years experience working with at risk children and or victims of family violence or a similar setting
Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Certification: Infant and Child CPR First Aid

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in early childhood education Social Services or a related field

Languague: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience: 2 years experience working with at risk children and or victims of family violence or a similar setting

Other Skills Knowledge Abilities:
Case management and service coordination
Child and family advocacy
Trauma informed care principles
Crisis intervention and de escalation techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
Documentation and record keeping accuracy
