Overview
We are seeking a motivated dependable General Laborer to support day-to-day production activities in our Amery facility. This role involves operating basic shop equipment and performing quality checks to keep work flowing safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment (e.g. grinders band saws) as assigned

Support plasma table operations including loading/unloading steel sheets as trained

Inspect work for defects and verify products meet company standards

Maintain a clean organized work area and help keep tools/materials in proper locations

Follow all safety procedures and company policies; report hazards near misses and quality concerns

Assist with other production tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required

Ability to stand for long periods and lift as required for the job

Regularly life up to 25lbs

Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work safely at all times and follow shop safety rules
