Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and contractors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
• Monitor entrances and exits verify identification and authorization and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in accordance with post orders and facility protocols.
• Screen visitors maintain visitor logs issue and collect access credentials and communicate entry requirements in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter observing for unusual activity unsecured entry points and other security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• COLA: DPSS/DHS tuberculosis test and MMR vaccinations are required.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
