Social Media Coordinator (Path to Manager)

Part-time 20 hrs/week (mix of remote on-site)

What youll actually do

Be the face of @bolderadventurepark on camera. Youre going to be both the actor and the producer of the content for Bolder!
Plan shoot edit and post short-form content across TikTok Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
Hop on trends fast. Wed rather post something rough today than something polished next week.
Engage with comments DMs and the DFW creator scene.
Sit in on strategy with our social team youre learning the playbook from people whove grown channels before.

The path
Start at 20 hrs/week mixed remote and on-site. Prove you can own the channel and this becomes a full-time Social Media Manager role. Were hiring for the long game.
What we need from you

Comfortable on camera. Not I could try you actually like it.
An active personal social presence. Doesnt have to be big. Just consistent. We want to see your taste.
Reliable transportation to Grand Prairie. A lot of the magic happens at the park especially evenings and weekends.
You can edit your own short-form (CapCut Premiere whatever we dont care which tool).
