Small Business Relationship Manager VP

Key Accountabilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking relationships with annual revenues up to $5MM.
Drive loan deposit and fee income growth through proactive business development and client retention strategies.
Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions including treasury management wealth management and capital markets services.
Analyze financial information and collaborate with Portfolio Managers to structure and recommend credit solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients prospects and centers of influence to expand market share.
Identify customer needs and connect clients with specialized banking partners and resources.
Mentor and support junior Relationship Managers in prospecting relationship building and sales development.
Represent Associated Bank in the community through networking events business groups and local organizations.

Education & Experience
Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
3 years of experience in business development business-to-business sales or relationship management.
Strong communication relationship-building and financial analysis skills.

Preferred
Experience managing commercial or small business banking portfolios.
Knowledge of commercial lending treasury management and cross-functional banking solutions.
Experience developing referral networks and community partnerships.
