Job Title: Contract & Commercial Manager

Job Location: Düsseldorf Germany

Main Responsibilities:

Participate in/organize Project Bidding reply to Tender Documents and Requirements Prepare Statements of Compliance Guide bidding/front-line team on Risks and Process

Participate in the review/drafting/modifying/and negotiation of Sales (and related) Contracts (with Customers and Partners) to Minimize Risks and Ensure Contract Quality

Perform Commercial and Legal and Comprehensive Reviews Identify and Report Risks for Management Decision Making

Handle Commercial Application (SPQ) proposal (ATB) contract (ATC/ATAC) and others Ensure Process Compliance and Operation Quality

Support regular/operational EU Region CCFM Tasks and Work

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Contract Commerce and business drivers

Understanding of PV/Data Center business

Analytical and Legal Commercial and/or financial background plus is preferred

Strong Communication Presentation and Coordination (e.g. Bid or Project Management) skills

Able to align with different Functional Domains Management and sub-ordinate levels and across-cultures

Pro-active and hands-on mentality self-starter.

Team Player

Able to (help to) find solutions to business issues
