Job Summary
New Longevity Hydration Bar Concept (Zürich)
Were launching a new hydration bar in central Zürich a premium wellness-led concept built around clean functional drinks and a calm retail experience. The brand is in development; the opportunity is real. Were looking for our founding Store Manager to help bring it to life and run it from day one.
Tasks
What youll own
- Full P&L: revenue labour COGS margin
- Team: hiring scheduling training culture
- Daily operations: openings closings stock suppliers quality
- Guest experience and the standards that define the brand from launch
Requirements
Youre a fit if you have
- 3 years managing a café juice bar or premium F&B concept
- A real grasp of numbers you read a P&L without flinching
- Experience hiring and developing small teams (410)
- German and English working level or better
- Swiss work authorisation
