4 years of experience in software development

Experience reading understanding and debugging code and source control history

Experienced in using and understanding complex technical software systems and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing developer needs.

Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of nuance.

Ability to multitask and work independently in an unstructured environment.

Exceptional communication and a high level of patience and emotional intelligence.

Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduce

Strong technical writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in software development developer operations and technical issue investigation/debugging.

Experience in a tech environment. General awareness and knowledge of gaming and App development on VR platforms or equivalent software development or experience working with software development teams.

Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management software platform for receiving and responding to customer questions.

Experience in customer support via social media platforms preferably in a tech or developer-focused environment.

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

Experience in Android/ Horizon based Mobile Application Development projects . Hands on Experience in Kotlin Java

Experience in AR-VR Application Development Meta Horizon/Unity/Unreal Engine. For Instance Created interactive 2D/3D games and applications typically requiring deep experience in Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C)

Nice to Have Experience on Python PHP

Handson Experience in log analysis and root cause analysis especially in Mobile Application AR-VR Gaming Environments
