Role: Oracle FDI developer

Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics dashboards and KPIs using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HCM modules
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Develop and customize subject areas metrics and data visualizations in FDI
- Perform data validation reconciliation and performance tuning of reports
- Integrate HCM data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Support enhancements issue resolution and ongoing maintenance of analytics solutions
- Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR Payroll Talent Absence Recruitment etc.)
- Experience in building dashboards and reports for HR analytics
- Strong understanding of HR KPIs metrics and workforce analytics
- Experience with data modeling SQL and data validation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with Oracle OTBI / BI Publisher for HCM reporting
- Exposure to data integration and Oracle Cloud ecosystem
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
