Primary projects: ServiceNow hardware asset data integrity ITAD/E waste program support metrics and analysis
Typical day: Data analysis ServiceNow auditing site/vendor communication documentation
Work breakdown: 60% project work 10% meetings 30 40% documentation/spreadsheet analysis
Key interactions: Alexa Wilcox local team (2 3 members) limited interaction with manager
90 day success: Understanding ServiceNow data population asset accuracy checks ITAD program basics KPI and analytics contribution
Prior interviewing experience: Multiple successful hires; strong track record of contractor success
Top Required Skills:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables Power Query VBA helpful)
Strong written & verbal communication
Data analysis / IT asset management experience

Education: 4 year degree preferred (open to new graduates)
