Job Summary
FL-DBPR-Ft. Lauderdale-CTMH-Compliance Officer - Assignment is planned to extend into the new fiscal year starting 7/1 for approximately 6 weeks.
FL-DBPR-Ft. Lauderdale-Condominiums Timeshares and Mobile Homes - Compliance Officer
Position: Pay Rate: $38.14hr / Vendor Rate: $49.58hr
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional office business casual cubicle
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
** Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
** Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
** Communicating with the public so good customer service skills are a MUST.
** Advise complainant of the Divisions jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.
** Provide any resources or referrals as appropriate.
** Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
** Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
** Document the actions in the OnBase system.
CANDIDATE REQUIRED SKILLS:
** Communicate verbally and in writing appropriately
** Read and interrupt Florida statutes
** Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment
** Exceptional organizational skills
