Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Install configure upgrade and maintain IBM Cognos Analytics (10.x / 11.x).
Administer Cognos environments (DEV QA UAT PROD).
Manage Cognos components: Gateway Dispatcher Content Manager Report Services.
Monitor system health troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning.
Handle user access roles security and LDAP/Active Directory integration.
Manage report/package deployments and environment migrations.
Support scheduling batch jobs and report failures.
Coordinate with infrastructure DB and ETL teams for issue resolution.
Maintain backups recovery procedures and administrative documentation.
Provide L2/L3 production support and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Administration.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
Working knowledge of Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 databases.
Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
Good communication and documentation skills.
