As a Test Automation Engineer a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the automation framework.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
