Position: Team Lead Full stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using and .
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Integrate databases third-party APIs and cloud services.
• Write clean maintainable and reusable code.
• Optimize applications for performance scalability and security.
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers QA engineers and product teams.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of developers and coordinate daily development tasks.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
• Assist in sprint planning task allocation and project tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules/features.
• Communicate project updates and technical challenges to senior management.
• Promote best practices in software development and teamwork.

Required Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with:
  • JavaScript (ES6)
  • HTML5 CSS3
  • Redux / Context API
  • Responsive design frameworks

Backend

• Strong knowledge of:
  • REST APIs
  • Authentication & authorization (JWT/OAuth)

Database

• Experience with:
  • MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • Database design and optimization

Tools & Technologies

• Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Docker (preferred)
• CI/CD basics
• Agile/Scrum methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in full stack development.
• At least 1 year of team handling or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
