JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE:

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focusto join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Java-based technologies and cloud platforms with a proven track record of building scalable high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities



Design develop and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot framework


Architect and implement microservices-based solutions to support business requirements


Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless system communication


Optimize backend performance and enhance application stability across various environments


Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud platform


Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability


Build and maintain high-performance backend systems and third-party integrations


Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers DevOps and product managers


Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members


Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments


Contribute to technical documentation and best practices



Required Skills & Experience



Strong hands-on experiencein Java programming with deep understanding of object-oriented principles


Expertise in Spring Boot frameworkfor building enterprise-grade applications


Proven experiencein designing and implementing microservices architecture


Advanced knowledgein developing and integrating REST APIs


Demonstrated experiencein backend performance optimization and application stability improvements


Solid understandingof Azure cloud fundamentals and cloud-based deployment strategies


Strong experiencein unit testing frameworks and writing scalable maintainable code


Proven abilityto build and maintain high-performance backend systems and integrations



Preferred Qualifications



Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field


5 years of experience in backend development


Experience with additional Java frameworks (Spring MVC Spring Security Hibernate)


Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)


Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)


Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices


Understanding of message queuing systems (RabbitMQ Apache Kafka)


Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools


Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
