Job Summary
Your mission
Support the financial backbone of a fast-growing AI startup. Youll work closely with our COO and Founders Associate on reporting data analysis and operational finance tasks with real responsibility from day one.
What Youll Be Working On
- Support financial reporting: help maintain an accurate view of P&L cash and budget.
- Collect clean and prepare data from CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems for reports and analyses.
- Help track and update KPI dashboards and operational metrics.
- Support the preparation of management reports and analyses.
- Assist with tax advisor coordination: collecting receipts reconciling data and preparing inputs.
- Help identify improvements to reporting processes including AI-supported workflows.
Who Were Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree in finance business economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets; eager to learn new tools.
- Structured reliable and proactive; you follow through and communicate clearly.
- Excited about working in a fast-moving startup and using AI to make finance smarter.
- You enjoy working from the office and learning in close collaboration with the team.
- Available for at least 20 hours per week.

- You prefer working fully remotely without team interaction.
- Youd rather observe than actively contribute and take on responsibility.
