Working Student Online Marketing & Events (mwd)

• Support in planning and organizing events (trade fairs customer events internal events) from research and coordination with external service providers to on-site support
• Assistance in executing online marketing campaigns (e.g. email campaigns landing pages newsletters) in HubSpot
• Maintaining and updating contacts lists and campaign data in HubSpot
• Support in creating and preparing marketing content (social media posts graphics short videos) e.g. using Canva
• Helping plan and post content on our social media channels (LinkedIn & Co.)
• Support in preparing presentations one-pagers and marketing materials
• General hands-on support for the marketing team in day-to-day operations - wherever an extra pair of hands is needed

• Enrolled student ideally in media communication marketing design or a related field
• Initial experience with event planning
• Experience with B2B Marketing
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva Figma or Adobe)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges
• Interest in digital transformation and data-driven decision-making
