Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and service for patients
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Help with inventory management and food storage
- Support the dietary team in delivering high-quality meals
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their dietary needs
- Participate in training and development programs as required
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary practices is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
