Compensation

• Travel Gross Weekly Pay: $1794 $1897/week ($5255/hr)
• Local Pay Rate: $1552 $1656/week ($4548/hr)
  Compensation based on experience.

Position Overview

A healthcare facility in Columbia Missouri is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) assignment. The RN will provide specialized nursing care to medically complex patients requiring extended hospitalization and advanced treatment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for LTAC patients with complex medical conditions
• Monitor and manage ventilators tracheostomies IV drips and critical care treatments
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor vital signs cardiac rhythms laboratory values and patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists rehabilitation staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure high-quality patient care standards

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN License or Compact State RN License required
• Minimum 12 years of LTAC nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Strong critical care and patient monitoring skills preferred
