Job Summary
Your mission
Then come and support us in our Advanced Hydrogen Technology Team at Sungrow European Research Institute to take part in industrial R&D development towards a clean energy solution! Curious what this is all about Lets dive right in:
- Conduct general activities including documentation data acquisition analysis and regular inspection and maintenance of lab devices.
- Support data acquisition from laboratory experiments sensors and test systems.
- Perform market research to identify industry trends competitors and potential opportunities in the clean energy sector.
- Preprocess clean and validate large-scale datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain Python-based scripts for data handling and automation.
- Apply data analysis statistics and visualization techniques to extract valuable insights.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve data quality and optimize workflows.
- Document data pipelines code and analysis results in a clear and structured manner.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Data Engineering Computer Science Informatics Engineering Physics Electrochemistry Natural Science Energy Engineering or possess equivalent experience/training.
- Demonstrate research abilities including experience in data collection and report generation for market analysis.
- Possess intermediate to advanced Python programming skills including experience with libraries such as pandas NumPy and matplotlib.
- Show an understanding of data analysis concepts and experience handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with AI / Machine Learning basics is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work with experimental raw data formats like CSV and TXT files.
- Exhibit a structured analytical mindset along with good documentation and communication skills.
- Bring motivation to actively contribute and offer your expertise coupled with flexibility reliability and a self-sufficient work style.
- English language skills at a working level (C1) are required and good German language skills are a plus.
