Job Summary
Your mission
- Provide expert technical support for PV string inverters.
- Deliver comprehensive training to customers installers and EPCs on technical needs.
- Coordinate with the R&D department to resolve general issues and strategize troubleshooting solutions.
- Travel to customer sites to assist with problem resolution and data collection.
- Generate detailed reports for product failure analysis and risk assessment.
Your profile
- Possess a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or an Industrial degree with profound knowledge in either field.
- Hold relevant certifications applicable to EU countries.
- Demonstrate fluency in English (C1) and German (C1).
- Be willing to travel up to 50% of your time to provide support across Europe.
- Have extensive knowledge of the PV industry and experience with related products.
