Youll work alongside the people behind products like Safe CoW Swap Gnosis Pay andCircles products that have pushed the boundaries of financial innovation worldwide. Your job is not to manage tasks it is to make the company move faster.
The Role
This role is for a high-agency operator who wants to work directly with the Gnosis App lead on the highest-leverage problems in the company. This is not a typical role.
This is not a typical role. You will be expected to operate with high ownership make decisions with incomplete information and move quickly without waiting for direction.
Most applicants will not be a fit. This role is designed for people who will likely go on to become founders or early executives.
Who you are
What youll do- Work directly with the Head of Gnosis App on the highest-priority problems across the company
- You will be dropped into the problem (many times with ambiguity) and expected to make progress quickly
- Drive/Support cross-functional execution across GTM Finance People & Culture Product and Operations
- Identify gaps/bottlenecks across the Gnosis App team and solve them without waiting for direction
- Implement and maintain internal systems (documentation dashboards workflows)
- Increase the output of the Gnosis App lead and the company by removing bottlenecks driving execution and building systems that scale beyond you
This role requires judgment discretion and the ability to operate independently in ambiguity.
Who You Are- A track record of taking initiative whether through founding something leading a project or building from scratch
- AI Native
You default to using AI to multiply your output. You dont just use tools you build workflows agents or systems that automate and scale your work (and others). You can go from idea working prototype quickly - An uncanny sense of urgency and bias toward action
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Curiosity about systems and how things work under the hood
- Experience working directly with founders or senior operators
- 2 years of experience in fast-paced environments (fintech crypto startups or similar)
This role is not for you if:- You need structured guidance or clearly defined responsibilities
- You prefer planning over execution
- You optimize for comfort over growth
- You are not ready to operate at a consistently high level of intensity
What Success Looks Like (36 months)- You are independently driving high-priority projects end-to-end
- The Gnosis App leads bandwidth is meaningfully unblocked because of you
- Youve identified and fixed multiple bottlenecks across the company
- Youve built AI-powered systems that improve team velocity
