Your mission
- Develop maintain and improve work instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
- Organize training materials and support onboarding and skill development of production teams.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency quality and workflow performance.
- Support daily production and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related Technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment (lithography laser systems or precision equipment is a plus)
- Strong documentation organizational and communication skills
- Experience with work instructions and training material development
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
