Your mission

As President for the Division Rotary Drilling you take overall responsibility for creating planning implementing and integrating our strategic direction and business performance. Your mission is to advance our market leading position and ensure were fit for the future.

You report to the President of Mining and are a valued member of the Business Area Management team leading our high-performing organization towards the future.

Job responsibilities

• Shape plan and implement the strategic direction of the division.
• Drive global P&L performance across sales and manufacturing.
• Translating customer needs into actionable strategies that strengthen our value proposition and grow market share.
• Develop a sales approach that clearly demonstrates why were customers first choice.
• Enhance our offering and market-leading products through focused forward-looking plans.
• Identify and develop future leaders while fostering a collaborative sustainable and performance-driven culture.

Location and flexibility

This role is based at the divisions headquarters in Alachua Florida USA and global travel is a natural and expected part of your job.

Your profile

You have a background in general management from global environments where youve been accountable for profit and loss. Youre confident navigating B2B sales and business development across different markets and you know how to convert customer insights into clear priorities and execution plans. To be successful in this role you need:

• Experience leading complex international organizations.
• Strong record of delivering business results and strategic execution.
• High cultural awareness and ability to thrive in a global setting.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A background in mining or construction is an advantage.

You lead with confidence clarity and courage. Building trust comes naturally to you and you develop our business and the people around you through empowering influential and credible leadership. The Rotary Drilling Division is the emerging leader of blasthole drill rigs for production drilling in open pit mines. We serve our customers by working in close cooperation with Mining Sales Areas.
